Upon discovering that there was not a Roof Maxx dealership in Weber County Utah yet, he decided to partner with his son Koby to help deliver this revolutionary product to Northern Utah.
Ryan and Koby offer Roof Maxx in Ogden, Utah and surrounding areas. The treatments are great for increasing the lifespan of your shingles roofs. If your roof qualifies, you will also get a 5 year warranty.

What does Roof Maxx do?

We spray Roof Maxx on your shingles and it soaks in. The bio-oil bonds with the asphalt and rejuvenates it, by returning the oil that evaporates off over time. This gives the shingles extra life. We guarantee it for 5 years and if you start early enough, you can treat up to 3 times. This will allow you to get and extra 15 YEARS!
Koby was very cordial and friendly as he explained the process and readily answered all of our questions. He came at the appointed time and finished the application and related work - new caps on vents, securing and tarring exposed nails, etc. - in a little more than an hour. No mess, no bother. A great way to extend the life of a roof without the cumbersome, messy and expensive alternative of replacing a roof. I would strongly recommend Roof Maxx’s product and application process to anyone considering a roof replacement.

Much of the protective layer comes off and once Roof Maxx® restores the shingles to be flexible and to behave like new.

After the 5 year warranty is up, can I treat my shingle roof again?Yes. You can treat qualified roofs up to 3 times. Our goal is to help you protect your home and all that is inside of it. If a roof is ever too far gone we will recommend you get a replacement. It is too important of an investment. If we can treat it we will. Just think, spend a fraction of what it costs to replace your roof for 3 treatments and get 15 more years out of your roof. That is close to the lifespan of a new roof meaning you will have saved 25% over 15 years. Now that is smart money. If you are moving or putting on solar, this is also a great option to keep your roof in shape for much longer than usual.

How old should my shingles be before being treated?You don’t want to apply Roof Maxx® on shingles that are too new but likewise because we offer a 5 year warranty on the product, we cannot apply it to shingles that are too far gone. The sweet spot is actually between 10-20 years old. Some roofs may need to start earlier while others will last longer. We offer a free assessment to determine if you are in the zone to get Roof Maxx and extend the life of your roof. We don’t just say this. If your roof is too new, we will tell you and if it is too far gone, we can refer you to qualified professional roofers.

What does the Roof Maxx Warranty cover?When you get your shingles treated with Roof Maxx, you can extend the life of your roof. We are so confident in our product that we offer our own warranty. Roof Maxx Technologies, LLC, proudly warrants that the asphalt shingles treated with Roof Maxx will perform as originally designed and warranted by the shingle manufacturer for a period of at least five (5) years from the date of your treatment. The Roof Maxx Flexibility Warranty is still valid even if your manufacturer’s warranty is (or becomes) void due to time or transfer restrictions. This is not a warranty against leaks from faulty installation or other damage sustained by the roof (hail, high winds), though those concerns might be covered by your insurance.

Does Roof Maxx really work?Yes it works! We have even tested it ourselves. We have gone back to some of our original customers and checked on their roof weeks or months after application and their shingles are in amazing shape. We are sometimes even surprised that some of those dry, cracked and sad looking shingles are now flexible and holding onto their granules much better. Do you do repairs?Yes. Small repairs like shingle replacement, ridge cap replacement, vent replacement can all be completed by our team prior to a treatment or independent of a treatment. We will let you know if you need repairs after we complete your roof inspection. If you have larger repairs, we can refer you to our trusted roofing partners.

Will Roof Maxx repair leaks?No. Roof Maxx® only returns shingles to their previous state of flexibility and water repellency. It is not a sealant or a coating. It will not repair leaks. As part of our Roof Tune-up, we can replace torn or missing shingles and perform minor repairs, but if you have a leak, it must be repaired before we apply Roof Maxx®.
